Q: What do I have to pay?
A: Our prices start from just £699 + VAT upfront. At Moss & Co we give you the freedom to select the package that suits you best.
Q: If I’m paying less do I get less than a standard Estate Agent?
A: Absolutely not. Moss & Co provide all the services of a standard estate agent at the fraction of the cost.
Q: Can I use a traditional Estate Agent in conjunction with Moss & Co?
A: Yes. But it is important that you check the small print in the Estate Agents contract as you may have to pay them their commission in full even if Moss & Co find the buyer.
Q: Can I use Moss & Co if I’m already using an Estate Agent?
A: Absolutely, you’ll almost certainly increase your exposure to potential buyers and improve your chances of selling.
Q: Should I tell my existing Estate Agent I am instructing Moss & Co?
A: Definitely, it is important that you do this to ensure you avoid the possibility of any misunderstanding over commission when your property is sold. Hopefully it will also give them an incentive to market your property more aggressively.
Q: What else is included?
A: We print property details and photographs, supply and erect an eye catching For Sale board, we advertise on all major property websites including Rightmove and Zoopla and we advertise in local property press. We handle all enquiries, distribute property brochures from our office and qualify the status of potential buyers. We then formally instruct your chosen solicitors to act for you and your buyer and chase the sale through to completion.
Q: Can you value my property?
A: Yes. We do free valuations if you’re not sure about the asking price you’re looking for. It is also an opportunity for you to find out more face to face about what Moss & Co can offer.
Q: How are you different from other non commission agents?
A: Firstly, we have a prominent shop front location based in Mansfield town centre. We have extensive local market experience and we have an investor/landlord portfolio of around 500 customers from our lettings company which has been going for over 7 years.
